RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY
in order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original, unused and unwashed condition with no visible damage.
The item must be returned with the original tags and packaging.
Exchanges / refunds will be issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns. We recommend choosing a tracked courier service and also contact us prior to this.
If the item is faulty we will also refund the cost of the return delivery.
